Fandom in Focus celebrates creators who capture the atmosphere, creativity, energy, and cinematic style of cosplay and horror culture. From dramatic cosplay photography and horror-inspired portraits to convention reels, cosplay edits, and cinematic video content, this contest is designed to spotlight photographers and videographers who turn cosplay into visual art.
How It Works
Simply apply for a media pass and check the box indicating you want to participate in the Focus in Fandom contest. Capture photos or videos during Sunshine City Scare 2026, and we’ll email you the submission form for the 30-day post-event submission period. After submissions close, entries will be posted online for public audience voting across Florida Comic Cons and Sunshine City Scare platforms.
