Volunteer Hours: are 8am-5pm on Saturday, May 13th and 8am-5pm on Sunday, May 14th.
Responsibilities: will range from checking for badges at doors, making sure panels end on time, helping at the information booth (for those who are comfortable doing so,) to helping out at our cosplay repair station.
Volunteer applications close April 30.
Volunteer Meetings: Volunteer meetings will be held each morning before the con at 8:20AM. Here you’ll be given your badge for the day and you’ll be assigned your time slots for working. You can choose what works best for you and learn the ins and outs of the tasks with our volunteer coordinator and head volunteers.
All Volunteers are invited to attend the VIP / Volunteer Introduction Party Before the Con. (Date and Time subject to change, emails with information will go out regarding this as the hotel supplies the room for us and we often have to adjust to their timing).
