The Vendor Hall at Sunshine City Scare 2026 is more than a marketplace — it’s Florida’s official Halloween-Prequel shopping event! As the ultimate kickoff to spooky season, SCS draws horror lovers, collectors, Halloween decorators, and cosplayers on the hunt for the perfect gear, art, apparel, masks, props, and creepy creations. Whether you sell horror merch, dark art, spooky crafts, fandom collectibles, or anything that fuels the best holiday of the year, this is where fans come to shop big and start their Halloween prep early.
Vendors must sell at least 70% spooky or Halloween-themed merch — and because of the event timing in mid-August, whatever you don’t sell at SCS26, you’ll have the entire upcoming Halloween season to move.

Retailer Booths are ideal for most vendors selling products like anime merch, comics, collectibles, art prints, fashion, accessories, and more. And booth sharing is allowed. These booths are 8’x10′ with one 6′ table, two chairs, one wastebasket.

Artist Booths are for those talents who create their own art and merchandise of various forms. Showing our appreciation for artists, we offer an unusually high percentage of artist booths — approx. one-half of all of the booths at the event are for artists. In addition, AI-generated art is not allowed in any form. Booth sharing is allowed. These booths are 7’x8′ with one 6′ table, two chairs, one wastebasket.

Our Fandom Shopping Rewards program incentivizes attendees to spend more and get an amazing bargain. Here is how it works: Attendees who spend $50 with our vendors earn a free single-day pass to another event we run: Anime St. Pete, Holiday St. Pete, St. Pete Comic Con. While those who spend $75 with vendors receive a free weekend pass. Upon entry, attendees receive a scorecard to track points.
In addition, this is a great way to engage with shoppers as they browse, encouraging them to spend more to earn more free con tickets.
Every vendor receives a Con Map Profile — a dedicated space on our event website to showcase your booth with photos, videos, and social links. The Con Map gets heavy traffic from attendees planning their shopping route, especially since it sits right alongside the event schedule that fans check frequently before and during the con.
Every vendor is featured in our Online Shopping Guide, helping fans find your booth—and your merch—before the con even begins. By categorizing your products (fan art, collectibles, handmade goods, apparel, accessories, and more), attendees can plan their haul around you, making it easier to get discovered and boosting your sales.
Vendors will also receive customizable social media graphics and reel templates to promote their booths with ease — and with style. Simply add your logo and product images, post to your socials, and tag us. We’ll share it with our followers, putting your booth and spooky merch in front of fans and giving you added exposure well before the doors open.
The Friday Nite Vendor Party is back! Join us at the Hilton Hotel to kick off the weekend in style. It’s the perfect chance to relax, network, and connect with fellow vendors (and even some of our guests) while enjoying discounted themed cocktails and complimentary light food.
